The GovCon Business-in-a-Box includes a 45-Day Implementation Guarantee.
This program is built for serious small businesses committed to implementing a structured GovCon system.
To qualify for a refund, you must:
- Attend all live Q&A sessions hosted during your first 30 days of enrollment.
- Arrive no more than 15 minutes late to each session.
- Make a good-faith effort to implement what is taught.
- Submit your refund request on or before Day 45 from your purchase date.
Live attendance is required. Replays do not qualify.
If Defense Contract Insights cancels or reschedules a session, that session will not count against your eligibility.

If approved:
- You will receive a full refund of your purchase price.
- Immediate access to course materials will be revoked.
- Access to live Q&A sessions and all support will immediately terminate.
- No further access to the program will be granted.
Limit of one refund per individual or business entity.
Refund requests submitted after Day 45 will not be honored under any circumstances.
